Selling this product is the main purpose of the site, but the articles are useful as well.

This is a blog operated by John Zimmer who has studied and practiced karate since he was 10 years old. As this is his passion, it is not surprising that this blog has a lot about karate on it, especially as it can be used for self-defense. Be sure to check out his 1999 thesis that was required for his Fifth Degree Black Belt (Goden) test.
So, there you have ten websites each offering different topics regarding self-defense. It is said that people do not plan to fail but do such because they fail to plan. The same can be true about self-defense. Having no plan for self-defense just because you think you will never need it is a sure way to end up failing when you need it most and by then it is just plain too late.
